LOTRO Is a Lore-Master good?? READ*?

(Lord Of The Rings Online) Yea and!!! the new f2p stuff (free to play) is it good?? or has it made it bad, i used to play the trial, i liked rune-keepers but its so annoying with all the things they have that make you only use certain spells if you use other spells so yea lol thanks!
