Are there any romantic/comedy animes that are good like....?

School rumble it's not exactly what you described but I think you would love it it has a huge cast of characters the main character is a bad *** guy with a motor cycle cool shades and is very muscular and he likes this girl who is short flat chested usually very upbeat happy go lucky attitude and is extremely oblivious but she likes this other guy the weird kid who never shows emotion and doesn't seem to have any it's the funniest anime I have ever seen and is hands down my favorite anime.
