Are there any myths in Breton history signifying Elves?

Ok...the 'Elves' that those ones are based on are primarily drawn from thier model in Norse Mythology. However, the similarities between them and the 'High Court' of the 'fae' or 'little people' (this is why it should be insulting to call midgets and dwarves 'little people' btw...do they all have a pot of gold somewhere?...can they turn invisible? they hate the steroetyping from being called dwarves...so why just branch to less worldly types of nearhumans?) which were often depicted as supernaturally beautiful and powerful human like beings with sharp features and pointed ears.
